As Rajukta Tiwari said, "Eat 4-5 tea spoons of ghee every day. It is good for the gut bacteria and will actually help in reducing abdomen fat. "

Now what?

You didn't listen when your mother insisted you to have a teaspoon of ghee in your dal or smear little amount on your roti. The pure desi ghee has immense quality which can't be measured. There is no expiry date of unadulterated pure ghee, the older is as healthier as fresh.

What does pure ghee contain?

You will be surprised to know the high nutrients and content it contains:

Vitamins A & E

Vitamin A (Retinoid) and Vitamin E are both excellent sources of nutrition found in organic ghee.

  • Vitamin A Improve vision, immune system and enhances cell growth.
  • Retinoid is a sub-type of Vitamin A found in animal products. The ghee is rich in plant version of Beta-Carotene.
  • Vitamin E helps in maintaining healthy skin, eyes and immune system. It is an antioxidant, helps in cell damage protection.

  • All other edible oils, when cooked or fried, break down into free radicals, which are extremely harmful. Ghee does not fall in this category
  • Increasing heat breaks oils down into individual fatty acids, including releasing molecules of glycerin, which further breaks into a substance called Acrolein.

 K2& CLA

These are the combination of  vitamins and acids, they both work to promote some of the best health benefit a food can contain.

  • Vitamin K1 caters to blood clotting, Vitamin K2 works on a synergistic basis with other nutritive substances like vitamin D and calcium. It is best known for calcium distribution for healthy bones and teeth.
  • Conjugated Linoleic Acid or CLA, is known for its anti-viral and antioxidant properties. This compound is obtained from grass-fed cows only, making organic ghee a rich source of CLA.

Try to avoid cheese, butter, fried, but not the pure organic desi ghee. These days it is really difficult to avail ghee in pure form. But there are online stores who believe in their authenticity and have been maintaining the trust and quality for years without any compromise.
