Our face is the sneak peek into our personality. If we take care of it and care about how we present ourselves to the world, then we are sure to raise a few eyebrows if not a whole crowd. Sure makeup helps you achieve that ideal look, but organic face cleansers are the first few steps of the ladder.

Face cleansers are used to

  • Clean make-up, oil, dirt, dead skin or
  • Other pollutants from the face exposed to the outer world.
  • They also help in unclogging pores
  • And preventing various skin conditions.
  • Also helps in preventing acne
  • Cleanser can be a part of skin care routine which includes toner and moisturizer.

Why organic facial cleanser?

Using an organic facial cleanser to remove dirt is considered to be a better alternative to bar soap

  • Bar soap has a pH around 9-10. Whereas skin has a pH of 4.7 on an average. So application of soap might favour the growth of certain type of bacteria leading to acne.
  • Bar cleansers have thickeners so that soap may take a bar shape. These thickeners can block pores, further leading to acne.
  • Usage of bar soap on face will eliminate natural oils from skin that acts as wall against water loss. This cause overproduction of oil, which in turn leads to clogged pores.

Organic face cleansers

There are many organic face cleansers available.

  • Cleansing milk
  • Aloe Vera
  • Rose water
  • Hydrating
  • Deep pore
  • For sensitive skin: Glycerine enhances and protects skin by making rich the intercellular matrix and helps in constructing a level skin structure.

Cleansers by Skin Type

Everyone's skin id different, so the same kind of cleanser cannot be used by a person haveing oily skin and a person having dry skin. Organic facial cleansers may differ the same.

Since sensitive skin is inclined to be irritated, it is advised to opt for odour-free products.

  • For oily skin: Use a soapy or gel based cleanser. This will dig the dirt out of pores and purge the extra oil
  • For dry skin: Use a moisturizing, gentle cleaner. Use cleansers that include glycerine and hyaluronic acid because they will convey water to the outer surface of skin of the face
  • For combination skin: Use gentle, water-soluble cleanser that does not make the kin dry or tight. Mildly foaming or gel-based cleansers suit most combination skin types

So, how to cleanse your skin the right way?

  • Cleanse the face at least twice a day;  once in the morning and once in the night just before you go to sleep
  • Your face is covered with minute impurities which are harmful. Do away with them.
  • Do not use ordinary bar soap (even if the advertisement said you could). Use organic facial cleanser based on your skin type.
  • Never use the towel that belongs to any other person. It’s the most convenient way of bacteria transfer.
  • Always wash your face with warm water. Water that is too hot or too cold may do more harm than good.
  • Exfoliate. That too at least once a week. Exfoliation rids the face of the dead cells accumulated on it. Find the right scrub for you.
  • Spend money in a facial once in a while. Pamper your skin. Skin needs the deep cleansing that you might not be able to do at home. Your skin type will determine the how many times you need a facial.
  • While cleaning near your eye, be careful and don’t go full throttle. As the skin around the eye is the most sensitive and the thinnest.

So, the time is right to take charge and start your day with an organic face cleanser. Why shouldn’t you get the best of the best? Face cleanser can do wonders for your skin. Make an impact with a glowing skin. Impact that lasts long enough to impress people and make yourself feel good.
